It's crazy. My heart's bursting but i got to hang on. And like her, i'm all alone, to handle and face this. We can't tell anyone for it is taboo. I don't know if it is appropriate but i told a seven year old. I really need to get it out. And the boy was sweet enough. Little kids are sweet, boy or girl.

"Boy.. Uncle brendan is troubled."

"Why?" he asked.

"Uncle brendan is in love, but with someone older."

"Wow.." I laughed to myself.

"Yes, but we cannot be together, because people will see it as wrong. Should uncle brendan give up then?"

"No!" it sounded like a retort, and i was taken aback.

"Why?"

"Because.. What if she likes you too?"

I nearly broke down.. If only things were so simple..
